The Procurement Manager will lead and coordinate all procurement functions across Proforce Galaxies Limited’s space technology operations. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier governance, cost efficiency, and compliance to ensure uninterrupted delivery of high-precision and mission-critical materials and services.
Design and execute procurement strategies aligned with space technology projects and long-term business goals
Plan and manage sourcing activities for research, development, manufacturing, integration, and deployment phases
Forecast procurement needs across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations
Source, assess, qualify, and manage local and international suppliers
Build and sustain relationships with key and mission-critical vendors
Conduct supplier audits, performance reviews, and risk evaluations
Lead contract negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
Control procurement budgets while maintaining quality and operational reliability
Track market movements, pricing trends, and supply chain risks
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and export control requirements
Enforce documentation, traceability, and quality standards for procured items
Coordinate logistics, storage, and handling of sensitive and high-value components
Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, finance, and operations teams
Address urgent procurement needs to prevent project delays
Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and performance metrics
Supervise and develop the procurement team to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 to 7 years relevant procurement experience
Background in technology, aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing is an advantage
Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier qualification, and contract management
Experience handling high-precision or mission-critical components is a plus
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to operate in regulated environments
