Quality Control Manager

VIJU Industries Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance processes, lead the QC team, and ensure all products meet international standards.

Develop and implement plant-wide quality control procedures and training programs

Lead and manage the QC and laboratory team

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards

Conduct laboratory analysis, particularly in microbiology, to verify product safety and quality

Prepare reports, presentations, and data tables using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control practices

Support continuous improvement initiatives in production and laboratory processes

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years’ on-site management experience in a food or beverage production environment

At least 3 years’ experience in quality control management in large food, beverage, or pharmaceutical companies

Relevant professional certification in quality control

Laboratory experience, especially in microbiology

Strong communication, leadership, and training skills

Experience in bottled dairy product production is an advantage
