Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

TeamAce Limited, on behalf of a leading manufacturing company, is recruiting a seasoned Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to oversee the organization’s financial operations and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will ensure financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and drive growth through sound financial management and strategic insight.

• Oversee the company’s financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and long-term growth objectives.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and investments to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and financial audits.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare periodic financial statements, performance analyses, and variance reports.
• Assess financial risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of senior-level finance experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CFA is required.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
