Senior Client Relationship Manager

Lockton is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to develop, manage, and enhance client relationships, ensuring exemplary service delivery, client retention, and revenue growth.

Handle corporate accounts and act as main point of escalation

Build and maintain relationships with clients at multiple decision-making levels

Develop and execute renewal strategies and ensure wellness proposition delivery

Advise clients on insurer services, coverage, and pricing

Provide day-to-day servicing of client insurance programs to support retention and business development

Ensure timely renewals, market reviews, and compliance with all requirements

Monitor client payments, resolve debtor queries, and ensure prompt premium collection

Identify risk exposures and recommend insurance and risk management solutions

Support consulting projects, new business lines, and cross-selling opportunities

Assist in training new team members and support colleagues when needed

Contribute to system development and process improvement initiatives

Strong knowledge of insurance principles, classes of business, and risk management

Ability to prepare accurate broking presentations and service client insurance needs

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Willingness to continually develop knowledge and skills
