Job Summary

Zahra Moves is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide remote support for daily operations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys organization, coordination, and supporting business activities efficiently.



Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and operational support


Organize tasks, schedules, and workflows using project management tools


Assist with document preparation and basic design tasks where required


Manage internal coordination and follow-ups

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year relevant administrative experience


Proficiency in tools such as Trello, Canva, ClickUp, Asana, Microsoft Suite, and Google Workspace
