Blue Oceans Travels is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to support its educational travel and consulting services. This role is ideal for a passionate individual who enjoys sales, marketing, education, and building strong client relationships while driving business growth.
Promote study abroad programs and travel packages to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships in person, by phone, and online
Plan and execute offline and digital marketing campaigns
Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and partner events
Conduct school visits, campus activations, and outreach programs
Create marketing and social media content
Track leads and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Prepare weekly performance reports and contribute growth ideas
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in sales or marketing
Experience in travel or education sector is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Instagram, Meta Ads, and email campaigns
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Willingness to travel locally for outreach and events
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
