Job Summary

A&Z Global Hub Ltd, on behalf of a reputable school in Maitama, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Officer to ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage office activities efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative functions
  • Maintain accurate student and staff records
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and scheduling
  • Support management in planning and implementing school activities
  • Manage office supplies, documentation, and databases
  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff

Required Qualifications
