Job Summary

Glam By Omoye Studio is seeking a highly competent Executive/Personal Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and client coordination support within a fast-paced beauty and creative environment. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, detail-driven, and capable of supporting executive tasks while managing sensitive communications and schedules with excellence.






Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and bookings efficiently

• Handle emails, calls, and client correspondence in a professional manner

• Coordinate bridal bookings, client sessions, trainings, classes, photoshoots, and events

• Support on-site engagements, weddings, and beauty events when required

• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly

• Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and follow-ups

• Work collaboratively with creatives and management to ensure smooth operations

• Operate effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Required Qualifications

 • Minimum of ND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field

• One to three years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer

• Previous experience working with entrepreneurs, creatives, or beauty or luxury brands is an added advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

• Understanding of the beauty and makeup industry

• Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations

• Proactive, intelligent, and capable of taking initiative independently

• Presentable, well-spoken, loyal, and detail-oriented

• Availability for flexible work hours, including occasional weekends

• Ability to work both remotely and on-site

• Must be responsive and reachable during working hours

• Knowledge of Canva or basic content planning is an added advantage

• Experience handling premium or high-profile clients is an advantage

• Genuine interest in beauty, fashion, or luxury services

• Preferably female and resident on the island for proximity and balance
