Job Summary

The Showroom at 145 Ltd is seeking a competitive, goal-driven, and trustworthy Sales Executive to help grow our business and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities


  • Meet and attend to clients professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Identify and meet potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and present products and services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client information, and transactions.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance to achieve set targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, contracts, and packages efficiently.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Prospect new clients through cold calls, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Create and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends.
  • Ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather client feedback and market insights to support product and service improvements.

Required Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Marketing Executive, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing, negotiation, and sales techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
