Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee website performance, user experience, and SEO optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies for improved ROI.
- Create and manage content for the company website, social media pages, and email newsletters.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility.
- Monitor and interpret website analytics using Google Analytics and related tools.
- Collaborate with teams to design landing pages that enhance user experience and conversions.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging, relevant content.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting ROI and KPIs.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends to maintain competitiveness.

Required Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in ZOHO Inventory Management.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience with website management tools such as WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or website management.
