Job Summary

Bakan Gizo Pharmacy & Stores Limited, a proudly Nigerian multi-service retail brand, is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide professional support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will handle executive-level communication, scheduling, and coordination tasks while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency in all administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and support business decision-making processes.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.


Required Qualifications

  • MBA degree (preferably obtained from a foreign university).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
