Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research, compile data, and support business decision-making processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- MBA degree (preferably obtained from a foreign university).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
