Caregiver

TippyToes KidCare Nursery and Daycare is a state-of-the-art early childhood centre that provides high-quality education, developmental learning, and a world-class play environment for children in Abuja. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to provide nurturing care and developmental support for infants, toddlers, and twaddlers in line with the Centre’s standards.

• Provide attentive and professional care for infants and toddlers according to established guidelines.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of each child’s growth and development.
• Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that encourages learning and social interaction.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child’s well-being.
• Support the implementation of age-appropriate learning and play activities.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and proper supervision of children at all times.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and events as required.

• Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
• At least 2 years of experience in early childhood care, specifically working with infants and toddlers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when necessary.
• Demonstrated passion and genuine love for children.
• Experience and training in building supportive and stable relationships with young children.
