We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Recruitment Specialist to lead HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll, performance management, compliance, and employee relations while ensuring smooth office management.

Key Responsibilities
Job Description:
•Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires
•Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
•Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
•Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
•Oversee payroll, leave management, attendance, and HR documentation
•Ensure compliance with Ghana’s labor laws and HR best practices
Coordinate office supplies, vendor relations, and administrative staff
•Prepare and submit regular HR reports and surveys
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
•Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment
•Strong knowledge of Ghana’s labor laws and regulatory compliance
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
•Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
•Membership in recognized HR bodies (CIHRM/SHRM/HRCI) is a plus
