Job Summary

Walmart is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide advanced administrative and operational support to the Senior Leader of Customer Engagement Services, Support, and Operations. This role requires sound judgment, exceptional communication, and a proactive mindset to manage complex priorities, streamline workflows, and maintain strategic focus within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage executive operations, including calendar oversight, leadership meetings, reviews, and engagement events.
  • Act as a liaison between the senior leader, leadership team, associates, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and communications that reflect leadership tone and objectives.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business information, personnel data, and strategic initiatives.
  • Track project deliverables, follow up on key actions, and ensure timely execution across teams.
  • Organize and coordinate logistics for projects, meetings, and enterprise events.
  • Build relationships across departments to identify needs and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Handle expense reporting, budget tracking, and financial documentation with accuracy.
  • Mentor junior administrative staff and promote best practices across the team.
  • Uphold company values by modeling integrity, inclusion, and professional excellence.



Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or related field with at least 3 years of experience supporting senior executives; or 5 years of equivalent executive administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage executive-level correspondence.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting a VP or C-suite executive in a large or matrixed organization (Fortune 100 preferred).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and company events.
