Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive operations, including calendar oversight, leadership meetings, reviews, and engagement events.
- Act as a liaison between the senior leader, leadership team, associates, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and communications that reflect leadership tone and objectives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business information, personnel data, and strategic initiatives.
- Track project deliverables, follow up on key actions, and ensure timely execution across teams.
- Organize and coordinate logistics for projects, meetings, and enterprise events.
- Build relationships across departments to identify needs and optimize operational efficiency.
- Handle expense reporting, budget tracking, and financial documentation with accuracy.
- Mentor junior administrative staff and promote best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or related field with at least 3 years of experience supporting senior executives; or 5 years of equivalent executive administrative experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage executive-level correspondence.
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting a VP or C-suite executive in a large or matrixed organization (Fortune 100 preferred).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and company events.
