Oversee daily operation and maintenance of buildings, utilities, and infrastructure
Ensure uninterrupted availability of power, water, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
Supervise maintenance technicians and external service providers
Manage electrical systems including generators, UPS, inverters, switchgear, lighting, and power distribution
Oversee mechanical systems such as HVAC, kitchen equipment, pumps, and plumbing installations
Ensure all installations and repairs comply with safety and engineering standards
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical faults promptly
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Maintain an up-to-date register of all facility assets and equipment
Ensure facilities are event-ready, safe, and fully functional
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience in general facility management
Proven experience managing facilities in hospitality, commercial, or high-traffic environments
Strong practical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems
