The Business Development Officer will drive growth by identifying, pitching, and closing B2B branding opportunities, focusing on tech and digital clients.
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities for branding and creative services
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and tech-driven clients
Lead sales pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to deliver client-focused solutions
Track sales performance and report on pipeline and revenue
Represent the agency at networking and industry events
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
Proven experience selling to tech companies, startups, or digital businesses (preferred)
Strong understanding of branding, marketing, or agency services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
