Job Summary

Echo-Scan Services Limited is a leading provider of diagnostic services in Nigeria, offering a wide range of medical diagnostics including pathology, molecular testing, genetics, and radiology. We are seeking a courteous and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to coordinate front office operations and ensure excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Register clients, collect and input accurate data, and process payments according to company policy.
  • Maintain patient accounts and update records with personal and financial information.
  • Guide clients to appropriate service areas and ensure smooth flow through diagnostic processes.
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and archiving of patient records.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
  • Generate reports and support administrative tasks for departmental goals.
  • Participate in training programs and provide front desk coverage for other branches as needed.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Management, Basic Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer usage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in patient identification and data entry.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients professionally and efficiently.
