Human Resources Officer

MVP is recruiting an experienced Human Resources professional to manage core HR functions and support organizational growth.

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes

• Manage employee records and HR documentation

• Implement HR policies and procedures

• Handle staff welfare, performance monitoring, and disciplinary matters

• Support management with HR planning and compliance

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years proven HR experience

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
