Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, interactive, and practical digital marketing training sessions.
- Teach key areas including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads, YouTube Ads)
- Content Marketing and Copywriting
- Email Marketing and Automation
- Web Analytics and Data Reporting (Google Analytics, Data Studio)
- Influencer and Affiliate Marketing
- Digital Branding and Online Reputation Management
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, class materials, and practical exercises that meet NIIT’s academic standards.
- Guide participants in executing real-world campaigns and projects.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure learning objectives are met.
- Stay current with emerging tools, strategies, and trends in the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Foster a professional and motivating classroom environment conducive to learning.
Required Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Recognized certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google, Meta) are a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing or as a digital marketing trainer.
- Proficiency with essential digital marketing tools including:
- Google Ads and Analytics
- Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager
- Canva or Adobe design tools
- WordPress or website builders
- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach learners with diverse levels of digital proficiency.
