Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Officer serves as the primary point of contact between the real estate company and its clients. The role involves handling inquiries, providing accurate information on properties and services, supporting sales and leasing processes, and ensuring a positive client experience from first contact through post-transaction follow-up. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to communicate clearly while managing multiple client interactions efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or real estate is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
