Inventory Officer

Post New Job is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage stock levels, track inventory movement, and ensure accurate records. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain efficient inventory control across all products.

Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock

Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, including receipts and dispatches

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

Generate inventory reports for management review

Implement and maintain proper inventory management procedures

Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on demand trends

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification

Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory management or related role

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and analytical skills
