We are seeking experienced and dynamic Branch Managers to lead operations across multiple locations, ensuring sustainable business growth and outstanding client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications


  • Oversee the daily operations and performance of the branch.
  • Develop and execute business and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to drive high performance and productivity.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in assigned regions.
  • Prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.



Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to design and implement successful marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of insurance marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
