Accountant

Through strategic partnerships, we provide specialized consulting in human resource development, talent management, and business optimization. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support sound financial decision-making.

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information and support efficient accounting processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution or consulting environment.
• Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and integrity in financial reporting.
