The company is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and support administrative operations at its Abuja office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains clean and presentable.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately.
  • Support general office administrative duties including filing, documentation, and logistics coordination.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails and packages.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and security procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

Required Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or front-desk role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and basic clerical tasks.
  • Friendly, proactive, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
