OG Chrisman is seeking compassionate Elderly Caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical care to elderly clients in their homes. The role involves supporting daily living activities, monitoring wellbeing, ensuring client comfort and dignity, and maintaining professionalism and safeguarding standards.
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting
Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Assist with feeding, hydration, and daily routines according to care plans
Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living areas
Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition
Participate in daily wellness check-ins and submit accurate care reports
Follow care plans, company SOPs, and safeguarding policies
Cooperate with nurses, care coordinators, and supervisors
Attend mandatory training and refresher sessions
Support the use of emergency alert devices where applicable
Minimum of OND, B.Sc, or HND
Formal caregiver training certificate is an advantage
First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
1–2 years of experience in elderly care, home care, or hospital support preferred
Compassion, patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Ability to follow instructions, routines, and care plans
Physically fit and emotionally stable
Clean background and verifiable references
