We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value across all development and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities


  • Plan and execute procurement processes for goods, works, and services to support construction and property operations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to assess procurement needs and develop project-based purchasing plans.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders while ensuring budgetary alignment.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage a database of prequalified vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Negotiate favorable pricing, delivery terms, and warranties to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Oversee tendering, bidding, and evaluation processes in line with company standards.
  • Draft and review supplier and contractor contracts in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Track procurement progress and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance through established KPIs and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate logistics for delivery and distribution of materials to project sites.
  • Support quality assurance and ensure compliance with technical specifications and sustainability standards.
  • Conduct cost control and risk mitigation efforts to ensure continuous supply chain reliability.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports, market analyses, and spend summaries for management.
  • Support internal audits and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
  • Foster strong collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve procurement objectives.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within the real estate or construction sector.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, NIQS, NIM, or PMP are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of contract management, tendering procedures, and vendor relations.
  • Familiarity with Nigerian procurement regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in procurement or ERP software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Tradogram, Procurify).
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
