AssetHaus, through its subsidiary Crestville Apartments, is seeking a proactive and well organized Facility Manager to oversee daily facility operations across its premium short let apartment portfolio. The role focuses on ensuring all properties meet high standards of safety, cleanliness, functionality, and guest readiness.
Oversee daily property maintenance, repairs, and general facility operations
Ensure apartments are fully prepared for guest check ins and check outs
Coordinate cleaning schedules, inventory management, and routine inspections
Respond promptly to facility related issues and maintenance requests
Supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure efficiency and quality
Maintain high standards of safety, comfort, and overall property aesthetics
Proven experience as a Facility Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar role
Experience within hospitality or property rental is an added advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple properties in a fast paced environment
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of OND qualification
Certification in Facilities Management or a related field is an added advantage
Must reside on the Lagos Mainland
