We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented professional to own our entire customer journey — from first online inquiry to post-sale relationship management. This role combines customer service excellence with digital engagement across social platforms.
1. Manage all customer touchpoints (WhatsApp, calls, DMs, emails)
2. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and leads
3. Manage and grow the company’s social media engagement
4. Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules
5. Ensure consistent brand tone and premium customer experience
6. Handle post-sale communication, feedback, and relationship management
7. Work closely with Sales and Creative teams to convert leads
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Experience in customer service, social media, or digital engagement
3. Good writing and presentation skills
