FLOW is seeking a highly organized and execution focused Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, build scalable systems, and ensure the effective delivery of programs and initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with leadership and cross functional teams to drive structure, accountability, and consistent results across the organization.
Convert organizational strategy into actionable operational plans and timelines
Lead the execution of key initiatives including programs, events, product launches, partnerships, and expansion efforts
Design, implement, and manage internal workflows, SOPs, and reporting systems
Supervise budgeting, resource planning, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency
Coordinate collaboration across product, curriculum, partnerships, marketing, and operations teams
Ensure high quality experiences for schools, teachers, parents, and students
Develop performance dashboards, tracking tools, and reports for leadership review
Support market expansion activities, school onboarding, and large scale program delivery
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Education, or a related field
Master’s degree is an added advantage
5 to 7 years or more experience in operations, program management, or general management
Experience scaling programs, platforms, or products preferably in education, EdTech, tech, or social impact sectors
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects successfully
Strong systems thinking with excellent execution and organizational skills
Data driven, analytical, proactive, and highly structured
Strong communication and leadership abilities
