ORÍKÌ Group, through its FSC Manufacturing subsidiary, is seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to expand B2B partnerships across hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors. This role is suited for a results-oriented professional with strong client engagement and deal-closing capabilities.
Identify, pursue, and convert new B2B business opportunities
Develop proposals, pitches, and presentations to secure contracts
Build, manage, and grow relationships with existing clients
Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Execute sales strategies and consistently meet performance targets
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Track activities, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Handle client inquiries and maintain clear, professional communication
BA/BSc in Business Management or a related discipline
Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing
Proven experience managing B2B clients and partnerships
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Strategic, analytical, and commercially aware mindset
