Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear
Respond to system disturbances, outages, or emergencies promptly
Ensure maintenance work complies with safety and industry standards
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
Prepare reports on performance, reliability, and corrective actions
Lead and manage maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training
Develop work schedules and assign tasks for timely completion
Perform other tasks as assigned by Lead O&M
Required Qualifications
B.Eng. or HND in Engineering + COREN-accredited PGD + Masters in the same field
Professional certifications in maintenance management or electrical systems (advantageous)
3–4 years’ experience in electrical maintenance
Knowledge of electricity regulations, energy loss prevention, and safety standards
Proficiency in maintenance management software and familiarity with SCADA systems
