Plan and schedule print jobs, coordinating with all production teams
Lead and manage production staff, oversee shifts, and monitor performance
Ensure product quality and resolve defects or production issues
Optimize materials, machine usage, and production costs
Enforce safety protocols and comply with industry standards
Collaborate with operations and management teams to streamline processes
BSc in Printing Technology, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or HND with relevant experience
3–5 years of experience in production supervision or management within a printing press
Strong knowledge of printing processes and machinery
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
