Supply Chain Manager

• Plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service operations.
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers.
• Monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• Organize warehouse operations, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
• Resolve issues or complaints related to supply chain management.
• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse and logistics staff.
• Meet targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Maintain metrics, analyze data to assess performance, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Train and mentor employees, reinforce safety guidelines, and report accidents or injuries.
• Develop supply chain strategies to increase efficiency and speed.
• Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.
• Balance safety, cost management, and business growth, and prepare reports for management.
• Optimize warehouse functions and handle vendor communications and negotiations.

• Relevant qualifications in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.
