The organization seeks a driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to support client acquisition, build partnerships, and execute growth-focused marketing strategies in a flexible and impact-driven startup environment.
Design and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
Drive inbound and outbound marketing activities, including sales calls and client acquisition
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and professional networks
Lead, mentor, and manage junior staff and interns
Support the growth and visibility of wellness programs, retreats, and recovery solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-impact sales and marketing initiatives
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition
Proven experience with inbound and outbound marketing strategies
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
