The In-House Real Estate Sales at Nigerent is a pivotal role focused on executing sales and rental transactions. This position requires managing incoming leads, engaging with property agents and hosts, converting listings, conducting property viewings, and successfully closing rental, shortlet, and sales deals.

• Contact agents, hosts, and landlords from Nigerent-provided lists.
• Gather property details, including pricing and availability.
• Ensure listings comply with required standards.
• Foster and maintain relationships with assigned agents and hosts.
• Manage all inbound leads supplied by Nigerent.
• Qualify clients and schedule property showings.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to boost conversion rates.
• Collect client feedback and use it to improve sales.
• Negotiate rental and sales terms on behalf of Nigerent.
• Guide clients through payment processes, documentation, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the internal team to transition booked clients.
• Address issues related to unavailable properties or agent delays.
• Provide weekly summaries of showings, conversions, and pipeline status.
