We are seeking a highly competent and self-driven HR Associate with expertise in talent management to join our dynamic team. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for driving talent management initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of HR strategies, and providing exceptional support to business partners.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with business objectives
- Support talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development
- Conduct talent analytics and reporting to inform business decisions
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and address talent gaps
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database
- ACIPM (Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management)
- 2-3 years of experience in talent management or related HR roles
- Proven track record of success in talent management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Resident in Lagos, with proximity to Ikeja preferred
