We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the company’s operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainable growth across all departments.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve organizational objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve short-term and long-term goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and support department heads, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial sustainability.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Represent the organization in negotiations, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in business administration, management, or related fields.
• 10–12 years of relevant work experience.
