Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Expert Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, recruit, and retain qualified experts.
- Represent the company at events, fairs, and conferences to strengthen the expert network.
- Advise project managers on recruitment strategies and expert engagement.
- Maintain and update the internal expert database.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with professionals in relevant fields.
Project Acquisition:
- Analyze project Terms of Reference (ToR) and match requirements with expert profiles.
- Source, preselect, and interview top candidates through multiple channels including social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Evaluate CVs, negotiate terms, and prepare documentation for proposals.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and labor regulations.
- Adjust expert CVs for project proposals to highlight relevant skills and experience.
Project Implementation:
- Coordinate expert mobilization including travel, visa, insurance, and accommodation.
- Manage contracting and onboarding of both short-term and long-term experts.
- Provide continuous engagement and support for deployed experts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
- 4–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within the energy, environment, or consulting sectors.
- Experience with donor-funded projects (e.g., EU, GIZ, World Bank) is an advantage.
- Proven ability in active sourcing, interviewing, and expert relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with ATS systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- High cultural awareness and adaptability in dealing with international professionals.
