LinkOrgNet, a leading ISP, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee telecom and ISP projects, including network deployment, fiber rollout, infrastructure upgrades, and operational improvements, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Plan, execute, monitor, and close telecom and ISP projects
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Network Operations, Technical Support, Vendors, and Business Development
Oversee network rollout, site installations, last-mile connectivity, and service activations
Track project milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards
Manage third-party contractors and vendors, monitoring performance and service levels
Prepare project status reports for management and stakeholders
Document, handover, and review completed projects
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related field
3–5 years’ experience managing telecom/ISP projects
Knowledge of network infrastructure, fiber deployment, and service delivery
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
