Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage daily/weekly production activities
Oversee manufacturing processes: woodworking, metal fabrication, upholstery, finishing, assembly
Ensure consistent quality standards across all production stages
Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and optimize costs
Lead, train, and manage production teams for productivity and discipline
Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
Implement and track KPIs for efficiency, quality, and safety
Maintain factory equipment and ensure HSE compliance
Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred)
4–5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or related industry
Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry, CNC machines, upholstery, and finishes
Proven leadership and team management skills
Good problem-solving, communication, and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and production planning tools; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
