Strategic Leadership:
- Oversee daily administration and task management of the Chairman’s office.
- Coordinate and follow through on assignments delegated by the Chairman to directors, consultants, advisors, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across directorates, departments, business units, and subsidiaries.
- Actively support the Chairman in the formulation, execution, and adaptation of long-term company strategy.
Business Leadership:
- Lead business units, investment initiatives, and enterprises to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Monitor and report on projects across the company, ensuring targets are achieved efficiently.
Time, Tasks, and Targets (“3Ts”) Management:
- Maximize the Chairman’s time and efficiency by prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of objectives.
- Track all projects and provide progress updates to the Chairman.
Seamless Communications Management:
- Manage internal and external communications for the Chairman’s office.
- Ensure workflow and deliverables across the management team are executed within deadlines.
Corporate Assurance and Business Management:
- Plan, monitor, and provide oversight on financial, technical, commercial, operational, and compliance KPIs.
- Research markets, new technologies, products, and services to identify growth opportunities.
