Job Summary

A faith-based organization is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Lead Pastor with administrative, operational, and ministry tasks. The role involves scheduling, coordinating ministry programs, liaising with stakeholders, handling confidential correspondence, supporting media and publishing activities, and assisting with events and projects.




Key Responsibilities

Manage daily schedules, meetings, travel, and appointments for the Lead Pastor.


Coordinate workflow across ministry arms and organizational functions.


Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners.


Assist with media, publishing, and broadcast activities.


Handle confidential correspondence and prepare briefings.


Support ministry projects, events, and special assignments.


Provide personal and operational assistance as needed.





Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, or related field.


Prior experience in executive or pastoral support is a plus.


Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.


High discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
