Recruitment Specialist Intern

OLTO Resource Dynamics is seeking a Recruitment Specialist Intern to assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The role supports hiring managers, drafts job descriptions, manages job postings, coordinates interviews, and contributes to improving recruitment processes.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Source, screen, and interview candidates.

Support hiring managers in identifying qualified candidates.

Draft job descriptions and manage job postings.

Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Contribute to training initiatives and improve recruitment workflows.

Interest or experience in hiring, recruiting, and interviewing.

Strong communication skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
