Job Summary

GloVal Properties Nig. Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive property sales, expand client networks, and contribute to the company’s market growth. The role requires strong marketing, negotiation, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently.



Key Responsibilities


Generate leads and actively market properties within the Lekki/Epe area


Build and maintain strong client relationships to support sales targets


Negotiate sales deals and manage follow-ups to closure


Collaborate with the sales team to implement marketing strategies


Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and performance metrics


Work independently to achieve monthly sales targets and incentives





Required Qualifications

Residence within the Lekki/Epe Axis


BSc, HND, or OND qualification


Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing, sales, or a related role


Strong networking, marketing, and negotiation skills


Excellent written and verbal communication abilities


Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of working with minimal supervision
