We are seeking a Head of Commercial to drive revenue growth, optimize business operations, and implement strategic initiatives that expand the company’s commercial footprint, particularly in the energy sector.

• Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
• Manage key customer relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and oversee customer satisfaction initiatives.

Business Growth Strategies:

• Develop and implement the company’s commercial growth strategy, focusing on market expansion and diversification of revenue streams.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align commercial strategy with the company’s vision and overall objectives.

Drive Business Operations Profitability:

• Optimize pricing, margins, and cost structures to ensure profitability across all business units.
• Work closely with project development and finance teams to align commercial activities with financial performance and investment goals.

• HND / BSc Degree in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in strategic leadership and long-term commercial strategy execution.
• Expertise in business operations management, revenue optimization, and cost reduction, particularly in the energy sector.
• Strong fundraising and financial acumen, including experience securing financing for conventional and renewable energy projects.
