A fast-growing farm-to-table brand is seeking a strategic Brand Marketing & Communications Manager to drive brand visibility, storytelling, and audience engagement across physical and digital channels. The role involves strengthening brand perception, increasing foot traffic, and fostering customer loyalty.
Develop and execute integrated brand marketing, PR, and communications strategies aligned with retail growth objectives
Lead brand storytelling across digital platforms, in-store materials, campaigns, and activations
Conduct retail outlet visits to ensure brand consistency and visibility standards
Plan and manage product launches, sampling activations, pop-ups, and influencer collaborations
Collaborate with the Growth & Retail Manager to align marketing initiatives with sales performance and revenue targets
Oversee digital advertising, content calendars, community engagement, and performance analytics
Track campaign effectiveness, consumer engagement, and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in brand marketing, retail marketing, PR, or consumer-focused communications
Strong storytelling, visual branding, and digital marketing execution skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Creative, data-driven, and comfortable working onsite in retail environments
