Drive life insurance sales and business development activities
Recruit, build, train, and motivate a productive sales team
Set sales targets and ensure team performance aligns with company goals
Monitor sales activities and provide regular performance reports
Support agents with training, coaching, and field supervision
Ensure compliance with NAICOM regulations and company policies
Strengthen market presence and client relationships
Minimum of three years proven experience in insurance sales
Must be NAICOM licensed
Strong leadership and team building skills
Ability to train, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively
Results oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
