Job Summary

Cloud Chariots Services is seeking an experienced and results focused Business Development and Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand the client portfolio, and lead sales operations within the cloud solutions space. The role requires strong leadership ability, deep understanding of cloud services, and a proven track record in closing high value deals.





Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies within the cloud services market


Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base


Lead, coach, and supervise business development and sales executives to meet performance targets


Present customized cloud solutions to prospective clients based on their business needs


Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through negotiation and deal closure


Monitor sales pipeline activities and prepare regular performance and progress reports


Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cloud technologies



Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 to 5 years proven experience in sales within the IT or cloud services industry


Strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets


Solid knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud


Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills


Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a sales team
