Procurement Officer

Bennie Agro Processing Company Limited, a design and fabrication firm specializing in machinery for agricultural, household, and industrial use, is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage and optimize its supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that sourcing, purchasing, and inventory processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company objectives.

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and policies.
• Source reliable vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost savings.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and expenses.

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles.
• Prior experience in an agro-based, manufacturing, or machinery company is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement management tools.
